AMCHASEE is engaged in qualitative and quantitative research, interviews, community conversations, analyzing peer-reviewed journals, newspaper articles and other documents, observing and documenting the health, mental health and other serious, socioeconomic conditions impacting the DEA, particularly the youth, in York South-Weston, Toronto.
AMCHASEE has organized three public forums, February 22nd, April 16th, April 26th, 2019 and one health conference, Feb 8, 2020. We invited Ahmed Hassan MP., Fisal Hassan, MPP., Confronting Anti Black Racism Unit (CARB Unit), Frances Nunziata Councillor, Dr. Alvin Curling, Yafet Tewelde, Community Advocate, and the community at large to discuss access to resources, infrastructure, money, and land to develop and advance the socioeconomic conditions of P A Das per the objectives of the people and the recommendations of the UN, to Canada. All forums and the conference were independently organized and well attended, with no funding support.

We are advocating for the establishment of an Afrikancentric centre for wholistic Health and Healing.
We are advocating for the establishment of an Afrikancentric centre for the arts in the GTA drawing on the Afrikan, Caribbean culture of Reggae and Calypso. This centre will provide a forum and community hub for youth and the community to express their creativity in various artistic genres: music, visual and performing arts.
